A traditional North African paste which falls somewhere between Adobo and Berbere in the heat stakes. Often used as a traditional accompaniment to North African dishes such as cous cous. Harissa can also be rubbed into meat before cooking or added to roasted vegetables. Natural yoghurt can be used to dispel the heat if required!
